Fitness Testing
Includes aerobic capacity testing, body composition analysis (body fat%), circumference measurements, flexibility, muscle endurance testing and personalized review of your results.
$15 for members, $25 for non-members

Body Composition Analysis
Utilizes Lange skinfold calipers to assess percentage of body fat and calculates a target weight based on a healthy body compositon goal.
$5 for members, $10 for non-members

Personal Training 1st Time Client Package
Includes health history, fitness tests, goal setting & 1st session.
