Pre-Ballet: Contact the Fitness Center at 636-916-2088 to enroll. Ages 4-5. $10 per class. No drop-ins – must register for entire session. Spring session – 4 weeks from 4/22 -5/13/08.
Cardio Barre: Combines a great cardio work-out with body-sculpting moves! Call the Fitness Center at 636-916-2088 to enroll. Spring special – 4 weeks for $20 from 4/22 – 5/13/08.
Complimentary classes for New Town Fitness members:
The Classics teaches basic exercise techniques, including cardio, strength training, balance and flexibility. Great for seniors!
Abs/Core Combo: Work those abs in a group abdominal toning routine that will strengthen the entire abdominal area, combined with stability ball and mat exercises that focus on balance & the muscle groups that support the core.
